For approved services, payments may be administered by KVI Network Creations, LLC through a PayPal-hosted checkout. The payment recipient shown at checkout may therefore be KVI Network Creations, LLC rather than Võ Thị Như Mai. KVI’s role in processing payment does not, by itself, change the identity of the person or organization responsible for providing the agreed service.
Available payment methods, including any credit or debit card option, are determined by PayPal and may vary. PayPal and the card issuer may apply their own terms, security checks, exchange rates and charges. Review the final checkout details before paying. Do not submit a payment for an unconfirmed engagement.
Booking confirmation, changes and cancellations
A submitted inquiry, proposed date or payment alone does not guarantee a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the responsible parties expressly confirm it in writing. The written agreement should specify the service, date, location or online format, price, deadlines, expenses, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and any deliverables or usage permissions. Changes must be agreed by the parties.
Refunds and payment disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the written agreement for the particular service, the circumstances of cancellation or nonperformance, and applicable law. No general no-refund or nonrefundable-deposit policy applies merely because a payment is made through this Website.
